How often should gutters be cleaned in Brisbane?
At least once a year, and ideally before storm season — get them cleared by September–October so the November storms hit clean gutters. Homes under big gums or jacarandas often need a second clean after leaf drop.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?

Do I need to be home for the clean?
No — as long as Joe can reach the roof safely you don’t need to be there. He texts you before and after photos when the job’s done, and you pay once you’ve seen them.
What happens to the leaves and debris?
Everything gets bagged and taken away — nothing left on your lawn or in your bins. Downpipes are flushed and flow-tested before Joe leaves.
Can you clean gutters with gutter guard fitted?
Yes — mesh is lifted, the gutter cleared underneath, and the guard refitted at $16.50 per metre on top of the standard clean.
